Location: The main airport of Spain’s Basque region,
Bilbao airport is situated 12 kilometers north of Bilbao city
centre.

behind the exquisite design of the Bilbao airport. This contemporary
airport is a true example of the actual life of Spain.
It is situated 12 kms outside the City of Bilbao. The passenger
traffic has increased to its double in the last decade.
INFORMATION AND HELP DESKS
Airport information booths are situated on P0 and P2 levels
of the departure terminal. To assist the passengers with various
queries there is also a provision of a tourist help desk.
Two VIP lounges offer the facility of standard telecommunications
links. Limited conference facilities are also provided.
AIRPORT FACILITIES
Money and communications:
The airport has a bank which is open to public from 6:00 to
23:00. Together with banking facilities the airport also has
numerous ATM machines on the P2 departure level.
Eating and drinking:
Bilbao airport has been very well planned with proper arrangements
for refreshments that can be easily brought from the numerous
cafeterias within the airport.
Shopping:
To add to the fun of shopping the airport provides duty-free
and regular shops selling products such as cosmetics, electronics,
garments and books.
Parking:
There is a vast parking space which can easily accommodate
500 cars for short time durations is available opposite to
the terminal building and to provide for the passengers who
wish to park for a longer time duration there is a parking
available behind the short term parking which can accommodate
approximately 400 cars.

There are designated parking spaces available for the physically-impaired,
together with a pick-up and drop-off area at the terminal
entrance.
